Kimberly Shavender
Kimberly Shavender joined the team in 2007, but has been adventure racing in the PNW since 2002. Prior to discovering the sport of adventure racing, Kimberly competed in marathons and enjoyed other sports including windsurfing and mountain biking. In 2005, Kimberly placed 2nd overall for expert women in the 6-race Indie Series mountain bike competition, and in 2007, she was the female winner of the 2007 Ultimate Orienteering Championship in the Northwest.
