Yumay Chang

Yumay Chang

Yumay Chang followed the footsteps of her husband Roger Michel and joined the team in 2005. Compared to some of the hardcore racers, her race style is more mellow and she like to enjoy the scenery and socialize with teammates while she's racing. She has done almost all the BEAST races as team Mergeo.com, and her team ranked 3rd place at the Fall BEAST Race in 2005. She has also raced with Roger in almost all the street scramble races put on by Meridian Geographics as team Swiss Miss (Roger’s the Swiss, Yumay was the Miss prior to marrying RogerJ) and together they ranked 2nd place for the season of 2006. Most recently she paced Roger for the last 34 miles of the Cascade Crest Classic 100 Mile run and finished first place overall with Roger, Eric Bone and Clint Arney in the Six Degrees of Navigation Adventure Race in Teanaway Valley, WA.
