Roger Michel

Roger Michel is a strong all-around athlete, he backcountry skied and climbed the mountains of his native Switzerland from an early age, later discovering a passion for traveling. In 2000, he was asked to participate in a two-day stage race across the Swiss mountains and since then has developed a passion for adventure sports and endurance racing. He has traveled to over 50 countries and scaled high mountains in Asia, Africa and South America. His main sports include ultrarunning, mountain biking, mountaineering, kayaking and a bit of orienteering. Here is Roger's training log.
