In recent years she has supplemented her running with mountain biking, and she started adventure racing in 2004. She notched some top placings as a rookie and raced stronger month by month. She also runs for Seattle Running Club. Liz is on maternity leave from the team, and the team is very happy for her. (Congratulations, Liz!).

Aaron Rinn is a well-rounded adventure racing athlete, was a frequent tow horse for the team, and is no stranger to winning adventure races. Aaron excels at both short and long adventure races, and can be seen racing for teams including DART-nuun, Big Bear, and SOLE.

William Emerson is an accomplished ultrarunner with dozens of wins on the trails. He also has a prized portfolio of other memorable adventures, having branched out to such diverse athletic endeavors as canoeing, motorbike racing, ride and tie, rogaining, mountaineering, long distance fastpacking, and of course adventure racing--typically with distinguished results.
